Shipping policy

Orders will be processed between 24-72 hours of being placed, but normally sooner.  In the event of an influx of orders, processing times will increase.

All orders will be sent by USPS.

All rates are determined by weight and distance the parcel will travel from Nashville, Tennessee.  All orders will receive a tracking number sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.

When selecting a mail class, the transit times DO NOT include our processing time.  For example, if you select Priority Mail and it says 3 days to deliver, that does not include the 24-72 hours it may take us to process your order.

We do ship internationally, but the customer will be responsible for duties and taxes.

Preorders:

If your order contains a presale item or items, your order will not ship until ALL items are available.  If you wish to have some items shipped sooner, please order your items separately.

All preorder items will say they are a preorder in the item name and within the description will be an estimated shipping date.
