Returns and Exchanges Policy
No exchanges are granted. If you are unhappy with the product and wish for a different item, you may order the desired item and return the previously purchased item for a refund.
Returned items must be returned in like new condition. No odors such as perfume or cigarette smoke. No dirt. No hair or pet fur. If an item is returned and is not in a sellable condition, the item will be shipped back and no refunds given.
If your return is accepted, your refund will go to the original form of payment. Please let us know if you no longer have the original form of payment before the refund is processed. We are unable to issue credits to a different form of payment, nor are we able to stop a credit from happening once it is processed on our end.
Returns are processed within 7-10 days of us receiving them. It takes an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to be credited to your account.
We do not refund shipping and handling for returns. The refund will only be for the products that are returned in sellable condition.
